All products offered by tmdindustries are in USD.
Taxes
We are not able to mark the item as 'gifts', or write the value of the items lower than they are on the shipping labels/invoices due to the custom declaration laws.
Import duties, taxes, and other additional fees might be charged by your local customs. It is the buyers" responsibility to pay all of the taxes and any other fees.
If you have any questions about import duties or taxes, please contact the customs office in your country before you purchase or make an offer.
Shipping
Packages are generally dispatched within 1 working day after receipt of payment and are shipped via DHL/Fedex/Hong Kong Registered Air Mail with tracking. Estimated arrival time varies depending on location, however, 7-21 additional days for international delivery is expected. Additional delays from customs may be expected for shipments to Brazil or Italy. We will provide you with a link to track your package online.
Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
We only ship to the shipping address listed on PayPal or your submited mail address . Please ensure your desired delivery address on PayPal is correct BEFORE you make a purchase.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you feel that the item you have purchased is not suitable, please contact us within 7 days of receipt and return it, unused, for a full refund or exchange. We reserve the right to charge a handling fee in the case of items being returned to us outside of the specified delivery time. The regulations state that a retailer can make a deduction from your refund if the value of the goods has been reduced as a result of you handling the goods more than was necessary. The extent to which you can handle the goods is the same as it would be if you were assessing them in a shop.
Please note that the buyer pays for returning any goods unless they are faulty and as returns are sent entirely at the buyers risk, please obtain a proof of postage and insurance. Refunds and exchanges are processed following receipt of the returned item, please allow 5 working days for this. Please note that we will refund the basic delivery cost, however if you opted for enhanced service when you placed the order, the full cost of this may not be refunded.
